Clean and well organized. Prices seem high. I was at the jewelry counter and asked to see something and was told to "that I'll be right with you" and then someone else walked up and asked to see something and was waited on right away - very rude and unprofessional so I just walked away. Need to train the jewelry counter people better so that people don't feel discriminated against.

Goodwill has gotten so incredibly greedy with their pricing. Especially this location. Not pictured is a coat with the price tag of $750 on it. What bothers me is this stuff is given to them for free. Low income and homeless people used to be able to shop at goodwill so that they could find these gems that made them feel good and special.. now they can’t even afford the “cheap” items. Oh and here’s another thing.. they ask you to round up at the register as if they didn’t just charge you an arm and a leg for an item.. I am all about giving back, but no thank you. I HATE HATE HATE, DOUBLE HATE, LOATHE ENTIRELY THIS GOODWILL. Buyer beware: They also sell knockoff bags for like $60 at this location.. Goodwill.. selling knockoff bags is illegal!! Ps. I will no longer be donating to goodwill since they want to charge people so much.. my items will go somewhere better from now on.

This store is huge and I was able to find many things! Everything was clean and very easy to find. Laura at check out was AMAZING! She was so friendly and had great customer service. There was a lady in the fitting room that got a little snappy with me when I went to hand over clothes that did not work out for me. She said "put it over there, I'm busy" I did not get her name as she did not even turn around to face me. I work retail as well so I understand. She could have asked nicely instead of being snappy about it. I had an absolutely wonderful experience up until that moment. It made me not want to continue shopping so I went straight to check out and thankfully Laura made me feel so much better. Thank you so much Laura!

I love this store!! So many good finds!! The best part was the customer service!! As I was using the fitting rooms Bethany Pace was there to greet me with a beautiful smile!! I could tell she truly loved what she was doing! She blessed me with her kindness!! 💕 I will Definitely be back to thos locatio.

Not my favorite Goodwill store but it was ok. I found decent clothes here for a good price. It is one of the cleanest and most well organized Goodwills I've been to. They have a good amount of fitting rooms as well wich is nice. I also found a dog leash, nail clipers, water bowl and toys here. I like that. They have a lot of stuffed animals if you like that. The one thing they have that I dont see often at Goodwill is many computers and flat screen TVs. The cashier was not to friendly and seemed not happy to be there. The customer I front of me asked me to go before her because she did not want that cashier. I asked her why and she told me that she mean. So i hot to find out for myself. She's not mean, just not to nice is all. I will go back. I like the location, the cleanliness and the variety. It was very busy. I was there on Saturday night around 7pm. It took about 10 minutes to check out. But it didn't bother me because I had plenty to look at while I waited.

The biggest, cleanest and most organized store I've ever visited. Prices very reasonable compared to many other Goodwill stores I've shopped here in Florida and also Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin and Indiana. Cashier was very personable and welcoming. Will definitely be a regular here!! Plan to spend at least a couple of hours for a visit. So much to see.
